eLearning Lesson 1 by Niklaus_Teo (19)

The pictures are in order from observation 1 to observation 3

Lesson 1

Observation 1: Linkage For a Lamp

Explanation: In the case of the lamp, it has Linkages to hold the lamp. This way the user will be able to adjust where the lamp points at and thus making it adaptable to different conditions.

Observation 2: Pedals

Explanation: The pedals were from a gaming steering wheel. As seen, the pedal goes down when it is being pushed. Although we cannot actually see the lever, but underneath, there is a fulcrum. So the effort placed on the pedal will be the load and the fulcrum is at the bottom of the pedal. Because of the lever in place, that is how the pedal can be pushed down. Also the 2 pedals have different resistance, This could be due to the placement of the fulcrum which causes the brake pedal to be more harder to press than the accelerator.

Observation 3: Chair

Explanation: This chair is connected to a stick with grooves like on a screw. It is then screwed through the base of the chair, which then lets the user change the height through turning of the chair left or right.
